Ruskby processes all orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days depending on your location. We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Tracking details will be sent by email once your order is shipped.

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
